Privacy policy
Draft for legal review. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use Coach Hire Now, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, mobile number, organisation type and journey details. We also record how you found us, such as the search campaign or page you arrived from.
How we use it
To match your enquiry to suitable operators, to send you quotes and booking updates by email and SMS, to verify your mobile number, to ask for a review after travel, and to prevent fraud and abuse of the platform.
Who we share it with
Your journey details, without your name or contact details, are shown to operators we match to your enquiry. Your name and contact details are shared only with the operator whose quote you accept, who then becomes responsible for their own use of your data. We use service providers for email, SMS, hosting and analytics who process data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to marketing at any time by contacting us.
