Customer terms
Draft for legal review. These terms apply to customers requesting and accepting quotes through Coach Hire Now.
Our role
Coach Hire Now is an introduction platform. We do not provide transport. When you accept a quote you enter into a contract with the operator, who is responsible for the vehicle, the driver, the journey and any payment or refund.
Quotes
Quotes are prepared by operators based on the information you provide. Inaccurate information may lead to a revised price. Quotes are valid until the date stated on them.
Your conduct
You agree to provide genuine enquiries, to verify your contact details, and not to use the platform to obtain operator details for purposes other than booking transport.
