Choosing the vehicle
Most stag and hen groups fit a 12 or 16 seater minibus. For larger groups, a 24 to 29 seater midi coach keeps everyone together. Executive and party-specification minibuses are available from some operators. Say what you want in the notes and only operators who can provide it will quote.
House rules
Operators generally allow drinks on private hire within reason, but reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone who is a risk to the vehicle or other passengers, and charge for cleaning or damage. Those terms are on the quote. Treat the driver well and the night goes smoothly.
