How to request an accessible vehicle
Choose the wheelchair accessible extra in the enquiry form and tell us how many wheelchair users are travelling and whether any chairs are powered. Only operators with suitable vehicles will be matched. Mention if passengers need assistance boarding so the operator allocates a trained driver.
Accessible vehicles are fewer in number, so book further ahead than for a standard minibus. Prices are usually similar to a standard minibus of the same size, with a small premium for lift-equipped vehicles.
